That’s why when a major international hotel chain came to us with a requirement to produce an unusual design for its Do Not Disturb and Please Service Room door hangers, we had no hesitation in seeking out the best possible tools to implement the design so we could produce the entire project in-house.”
The Siska rivet-setting machine is capable of setting a wide range of colored rivets and eyelets for apparel or paper. Eyelets have an approximate outside diameter of 5/16”, inside diameter of 3/16” and a barrel length ranging from 3/32” to 14/32”.
The Siska grommet machine is capable of setting a wide range of grommets from a #2 (3/8”) grommet up to a #6 grommet.
In addition to creative door hangers, the Siska machines are ideal for creating beautiful album-style books for photos, guest books and more, as well as adding unusual design elements that are only limited by the designer’s imagination.
“We’ll have a variety of rivets, grommets and eyelets in stock,” Ruggieri adds, “for fast turn work, but we are also able to acquire custom colors with a small additional lead time. We’re excited to bring this new offering to our clients and see their creativity flourish in new directions!”
