Sustainable Printing: SunDance Participates in The Clean Earth Challenge
On November 2nd, SunDance team members gathered for an impactful morning of community cleanup as part of The Clean Earth Challenge. With our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, we joined forces to make a difference by collecting litter around our facility and nearby areas, helping keep our community cleaner and healthier.
Sustainable Printing: Results from Our Electronic Waste Recycling Event
At SunDance, the first SGP Certified Offset Green Printer in Florida, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We believe in living sustainably, both in our production processes and daily operations. To further our commitment to environmental responsibility, we recently hosted an e-waste recycling event at our facility. This event encouraged our team members to bring in their non-working electronic devices and goods for proper recycling. By doing so, we aim to reduce electronic waste and promote a greener future for our community and beyond.

At SunDance, we are committed to protecting the environment and take our role as a sustainable print and packaging manufacturer very seriously. Every year, we aim to be more sustainable than the last, and 2023 was no exception. As the first SGP-certified Offset Printer in Florida, we are proud to continuously implement sustainable solutions for environmentally efficient manufacturing processes. In accordance with SGP standards, we undertake an annual continuous improvement project or projects to show our commitment to sustainable practices.

The year 2022 has come and gone! Our team at SunDance is excited to share all we've been able to accomplish this past year. Between our Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) and following through with our general sustainability measures, SunDance has been busy! We know from experience it's not easy being green. Printing Sustainability: Renewing FSC® Certification and Adding SFI® Certification
At SunDance, it’s not enough to just say that we care about sustainability. Sundance has chosen to obtain certifications from the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC® C155908) and Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®) and they are integral to our environmental initiatives. Without healthy forests, our environment, society, and the economy would be at serious risk.
