Creative problem solving is at the heart of the SunDance way. These skills were put to the test during a recent outing to Escapology. Teams comprised of one member from each department, each with vastly different backgrounds and strengths, escaped their rooms by working together to solve puzzles and beat the clock. Effective communication combined with a willingness to listen to each other’s ideas were crucial to solving the riddles. The SunDance team uses these same skills every day to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
