Flexible Packaging - a unique and sustainable option
Over the past few years, you may have noticed a shift in trends at the grocery store. Pastas once sold in cardboard containers are now in pouch bags, plastic apple sauce cups now compete with squeeze bottles, and large bulky detergent pod containers have been replaced with sleek bags and child- resistant zippers. What is this new style of packaging, and is it here to stay or just a passing trend?
AdventHealth Interactive Card Booth
SunDance created an interactive booth for AdventHealth to spread their Feeling Whole Campaign during their Executive Leadership Conference in Orlando. Working closely with conference organizers, SunDance’s designers, IT experts, and production staff, created a four sided booth. AdventHealth’s Executive Leadership team from across Central Florida stepped up to the booth and pressed a red button, which ejected a card requesting that they perform a specific random act of kindness. The SunDance Bi-Annual Paintball Event!
Our team showed their colors at the SunDance bi-annual paintball game last Sunday. Paintball is a bit like an elaborate game of capture the flag, hide-and-seek and tag combined. It was an afternoon of excitement, exhilaration and team-building.
3D Printing Saves the day!
3D printing has created a revolution among professional designers in speeding up the development process of prototypes, all the way down the tinkerer's at home creating impossible structures in plastic resins.
Sundance jumped into 3D printing early on purchasing one of the original Makerbots to experiment with. We came up a little odds and ends but unfortunately most of it was ultimately useless.
However that fury of creativity led us down a path towards several incredibly innovative ways we could utilize that technology.
