Our Teco Model 300 machine, a heavy-duty rewinder, has allowed us to streamline label production by being able to unwind and rewind labels faster which increases our volume output and shortens our turnaround times.
Label rewinders are essential for production as they allow the press operator to wind up labels onto a roll during the printing process. Without it, the labels would need to be collected by hand once the printing job is finished which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Not only do rewinders serve an important function in the label printing process, but they can also improve workflow efficiency.
The Teco Model 300 is designed for high volume label production and can be used for large roll sizes up to 24" length and 8” web width as well as roll weights up to 60 lbs. It has a 6 digit dual-stage predetermining counter that features auto deceleration and stop for a very accurate label or length count. In addition, the Teco Model 300 incorporates a heavy-duty web tension adjustment and quick brake on the unwind spindle for greater operator control.
