Employee “Welcome Aboard” Kit Takes Flight!

Creating a personalized and targeted onboarding process helps employees feel welcomed and valued by their new employer. Signature Flight Support wanted to produce a piece that would enhance this experience for all new team members. They turned to SunDance to create a complete New Employee Welcome Kit with this goal in mind.

The SunDance team worked closely with Signature Flight Support to bring the kit together including a welcome note, pen, breakaway lanyard, dual badge holder, business card holder, and pocket-sized brochure.

The Employee Welcome Kit box was finished with a soft-touch coating on the outside, and die-cut foam inserts inside to hold all the items in place, making it a self-contained, easy-to-store piece. Check out the project specs and see the finished result for yourself!
